Sports Physicals

Mark your calendars! Students wishing to play sports must have a sports physical prior to the start of the season. Come get your student athlete cleared for the 2025-2026 school year.
When:  Saturday, August 2, 2025
Time:  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Where:  Avondale Middle School, 1406 N. Central Avenue, in the Cafeteria
Cost:  $25
Who:  All athletes in 5th - 12th grades
